Every bat job is different, but the object is the same, exclude the bats from your house and seal up the entry points to keep new bats from coming in. Bat exclusions start at $500. Things that may add more to the cost are, number of entries, steep roof, 2 story or more house or a house in poor condition.

What to do if you have a bat in your house
We do charge a fee to remove a bat from your house. The most important part is to keep an eye on the bat. If you lose track of it, they are very hard to find and a fee will still be charged even if the bat is not found. Call 515-231-8816
Typical bat exclusion process
After inspection and entry points are found, we will install excluders over the main entries and seal additional entries. Excluders will stay in place for 5 - 10 days and then removed and entries will be sealed. During that time, we will stop by at least once to check the excluders and visit with customer to see if they have had any bat problems since the exclusion started. On occasion, a bat may refuse to exit with an excluder and sometimes will end up in the house. If at anytime this happens during or after the exclusion process, the bat will be removed at no charge.

Pricing for bat removal & exclusions
Removal from house $75 + tax even if bat is not found
House Inspection $75 + tax if you decide to do an exclusion at a later date, this is applied to the bill.
